Each plan includes proactive monitoring, controlled updates, backups, and security checks, plus a defined amount of monthly support time for minor fixes and adjustments. The tier you choose determines response time, support hours, and the depth of oversight.
Do you support eCommerce or membership sites?
Yes. WooCommerce and shopping sites require Premium or Expert due to increased update sensitivity and operational complexity. Essential is not available for transactional sites.
How often do you update my site?
We apply updates on a controlled schedule based on risk and impact. Security patches are prioritized sooner, and routine updates are applied after compatibility checks. We do not mass-update blindly.
Will my website experience downtime during maintenance?
In most cases, no. Updates are handled carefully to minimize disruption. If your setup requires a short maintenance window, we plan it intentionally and aim for off-peak timing. If a critical issue occurs, priority stabilization applies under all plans
Do you fix bugs or make small content changes?
Yes, within your included monthly support time. Support hours are intended for minor fixes, troubleshooting, small layout adjustments, and maintenance-related improvements. Larger builds, redesigns, or new feature development are handled as a separate scoped engagement.
What if my website is already hacked or broken?
Care Plans are designed for ongoing maintenance and prevention. If your site is already compromised before enrollment, we first handle it through a one-time remediation, then move you onto the appropriate Care Plan. Malware cleanup is included once your plan is active.
How does onboarding work once I sign up?
After enrollment, we perform a complete site audit to assess your current setup, identify any vulnerabilities, and document your environment. If we find structural issues or security risks, we’ll address them first before starting routine maintenance—ensuring your site has a stable foundation from day one.
Can I cancel or change my plan anytime?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime with notice before your next billing cycle. Annual plans are discounted and billed for the term.
